The 1st Forensics Developmental conference--1975--was held in Sedalia, CO. The resulting publication--Forensics as Communication: An Argumentative Perspective was edited by James McBath and chaired by George Ziegelmueller. the second Developmental conference, American Forensics in Perspecctive, edited by Don Parson also chaired by George Ziegelmueller, was held at Northwestern in 1985. Also of interest is the Quail Roost document that examined tenure in forensics. PDF files of all three documents linked on list "Historical Documents" column on right .
